We use Amber's on those long work days when our pup needs some companionship. Maggie is the best! She always comes - even at the last minute and sometimes at great inconvenience to herself - and gives our dog a long walk and lots of love. I am always elated when I receive a text message from Maggie with a picture of my pup out and about while I'm away. It's such a relief to have someone we trust to come and take care of our little one. Thank you!

We had to leave our VERY old boxer for a few days to go visit our daughter in college and I was beyond upset with the thought of leaving him. My neighbor recommended APP and specifically Sarah and I am so thankful that she did. Sarah was wonderful during our first meeting, when she left I knew that Rex would be fine with her. She'd send photos of him on his walk and kept me updated daily. Sarah is truly a gift, as is the service that APP offers. So thankful to have found them.

Thank you so much to amber's pampered pets and Ceci, who had primarily taken care of my 4 cats. The regular updates and pictures for the 2 weeks I was gone was greatly appreciated and put me more at ease knowing everything was ok at my house. This review will have a melodramatic tone because our situation was like a bad Lifetime movie.

My husband and I both became catastrophically ill at the same time.

We were new to the area and were relying on Craig’s List for support.

We were both in the hospital and had to go to a rehab facility to recuperate.

We found out the person we were paying abandoned our dogs and cats and our dogs were sick with a skin disease that needed treatment.

We had temporary assistance from someone at the rehab facility.

We found Amber online and loved her mission statement.

She came to the resscue and saved our furry family from euthanasia.

I told there was drama!

Because the Amber team cared for our babies my husband and I could concentrate on healing and returning home.

We trusted them implicitly and pet sitting was just part of the service.

Our family’s life was truly in the Amber team’s hands.

Amber and her pet sitters were extraordinary in their pet sitting for our new puppy! From the moment we made the reservation, we experienced outstanding care. Amber's professionalism and customer-focused service and her flexibility as well as the unbelievably kind and competent two sitters who helped us throughout our out of town weekend trip to South Bend - Melinda and Nicole - will make us repeat customers. We don't go away often, but when we do we wouldn't trust our 2 cats to anyone but Amber. She does a super job of caring for our "kitties."

I have used Amber's Pampered Pets several times and have always been incredibly satisfied. I really appreciate that they do a meet-and-greet when you first use the service to ensure your animals are OK with them. I also am very grateful that they understand it is hard to be away from our pets and they well send updates with pictures, and understand when I text them to be sure everything is ok. I also appreciate that they put in the effort to make the house look lived in and be sure that everything is OK. They are professional and kind. Their service is also cheaper than boarding a dog with no risk of kennel cough and no extra charge for multiple pets. I highly recommend APP to anyone in need of pet sitting.
