How do I get started?
Contact us with the EMAIL provided on the ‘Contact Us’ page to set up a Meet n Greet and book your dates! For the FASTEST booking, please provide the following info:

4.) Your phone number (if using our website form, please be CERTAIN you have entered the correct email address!)
You can call 574-208-0391 to talk to Amber during regular business hours 8am-6pm. Leave Amber a message if it is after hours and she will get back to you as soon as possible! (or EMAIL if it is after business hours)
**We don’t take bookings over the phone, but are happy to answer any questions you may have! EMAIL us for booking! This is for your protection so that no booking gets misunderstood!!**

What do you need from me?
At the Meet N Greet, we will go over all your pets’ information, routine, and let your pet get to know us a little bit. This care information will be kept on file.
We ask that you have TWO KEYS ready for us to take. We keep one of the keys labeled with your client number, NOT your name, kept in our safe, and the other key, also NOT labeled with your name, will be on your sitter’s person while you are away. This is in case of emergency, if something should happen to your sitter, the backup sitter can access the safe and still care for your pets.
New clients are asked to have PAYMENT IN FULL for their first set of services ready at the Meet n Greet. After the first set of visits, clients are then given the option to receive an invoice and pay within 10 days.
**There is a $10 fee for key pick up and drop off if you choose not to leave your keys on file with us. This is to cover the sitter’s time and gas for making additional appointments to return the key. You may avoid the charge by coming to our primary location to pick up your key. This MUST be arranged at the Meet n Greet.
What type of license do you have?
Currently, there is no Pet Sitting specific license, but to maintain the highest level of professionalism, we have a general business license current for operating in St. Joseph County.
What does it mean when you say you are Insured and Bonded?
We are insured by Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. You can view policy details here. Policy Number: 2CN0145. You can email Pet Sitters Associates,LLC at email@example.com or call them at (715)831-6004 to verify the authenticity of our policy. We actually would encourage you to do so. Any pet sitter can say they are insured and add an insurance logo to their site… We go a step further and offer you proof.
What pets do you care for?
We care for pretty much any type of pet you can imagine! We have experience with reptiles, birds, wildlife, and even exotics like Coatimundis!
What are your rates?
Please see our Rates and Services page! You won’t see a lot of discounts listed because we know the value of our service! You don’t expect the same quality from Taco Bell and McDonald’s as you do from the Lasalle Grill and Ruth Chris Steakhouse, do you!?
How do I pay for service?
We accept Cash, Check, or debit/credit/bank transfer through the free app VENMO. We leave an invoice at the end of the pet sit, and you may pay with venmo, mail or drop off payment to the address listed on the invoice!

I worry, is it ok if I check in with you…frequently?
Absolutely! At APP, Communication is essential, and we love hearing from you! We want you to feel connected with your babies even while you are away. We send updates and pictures, lots of pictures! You are NEVER a bother.
